Check what happened in the 1st info-session of the SoS2LearnDBS Open Call for Transition Agendas
On 22 October 2026, the SoS2LearnDBS consortium hosted the 1st Information Session on the Transition Agenda (TAg) Call 1, bringing together stakeholders from across the Danube River Basin and Black Sea region interested in contributing to the restoration and sustainable transformation of their communities.
The session provided a comprehensive overview of the TAg Call, including its objectives, thematic priorities, eligibility requirements, funding opportunities, application process, and evaluation criteria. Participants also learned about the Transition Agenda concept and how community-led strategic roadmaps can help address environmental, climate and governance challenges while contributing to the objectives of the EU Mission โRestore our Ocean and Waters by 2030โ. We also introduced the resources available to support proposal development, including the BlueActionMatch platform, which helps organisations connect with potential partners and build strong consortia.
We would like to thank all participants for their interest and active engagement and look forward to continuing the discussion during the next webinar.

2nd Information Session on the way
SoS2LearnDBS will host a 2nd Information Session on 28 October 2026. While the first webinar focused on explaining the call conditions and application requirements, the second session will take a more practical approach to support the development of applications. Participants will receive guidance on designing a high-quality Transition Agenda, defining expected outcomes and KPIs and translating project ideas into strong proposals.
Furthermore, several SoS2LearnDBS partners will organise local information sessions in national languages. Don’t miss the latest updates and follow SoS2LearnDBS on social media: LinkedIn | Instagram | Facebook
