1st Data Management and Ethics Assessment Plan
This document will define the types of data collected, processed, and generated, outlining how data will be stored, organised, and shared. It will specify data security measures, access policies, ethical considerations, and compliance with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles.
It will also include a versioning and update plan to reflect future changes in data collection, management, and consortium policies.
KPI Monitoring Framework
A detailed strategy for tracking KPIs to measure the success of CLed and TAg funded projects and of SoS2LearnDBS.
The report will define common indicators for all projects and customized metrics tailored to local impacts, covering areas such as restoration activities, water literacy, resource use, and socio-economic benefits.
Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy
Comprehensive stakeholder analysis and engagement plan, ensuring the effective outreach and participation of quadruple helix representatives in the project’s funding opportunities.

This deliverable provides a comprehensive analysis of the key EU environmental and maritime policy frameworks relevant to CLed funded projects. It highlights the policy landscape that governs and influences these initiatives, ensuring alignment with EU strategic priorities. Additionally, it offers a set of actionable recommendations to facilitate the integration of these policies into the implementation of the TAgs, supporting their effective rollout.

2nd Data Management and Ethics Assessment Plan
This updated version will integrate data from the initial projects approved under the FSTP mechanism, reflecting new datasets, changes in data sources, and improved data-sharing strategies.
